The Buetti AC200L is an impressive upgrade to the brand’s famous AC200 Max, and it comes with an elevated 2400-watt output, an AC charging input of up to 2400 watts, and a solar charging input of 1200 watts.
Branded as AC200L – I don’t know what the ‘L’ stands for – it was released on November 17, 2023, ahead of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale seasons.
The new Bluetti power station notably features a lower noise level and Wi-Fi connectivity than its predecessor, and what’s more, you can charge it from a wall socket without an external charging adapter.
You can expand the 2,048 Wh battery pack up to 8,192 Wh using three different add-on battery packs: the B210, the B300, and the B230.
The solar charging rate of the machine has been increased to 1200 watts, so you can charge it fully from the sun in just two hours under optimal conditions.
The AC200L at a Glance
The AC200L features a 2,048-watt-hour lithium iron phosphate battery with a 3,000-cycle rating of up to 80% capacity. Its dimensions are approximately 17x11x14 inches, weighing around 62 pounds.
The display is a standard Bluetti display, showing input and output watts for both AC and DC, battery percentage, and a lot of other information.
Equipped with a 2400-watt pure sine inverter, the AC200L offers 42-amp outlets and a single TT30R 30 RV hookup. Charging options include AC wall power (with a built-in charger), solar (up to 1200 watts with the included MC4 adapter cable), and a 12-volt cigarette lighter plug.
Impressively, it supports simultaneous charging from both AC and solar, delivering a combined 2400 watts for quick charging. The product also features a 48-volt direct battery output, making it one of the first power stations with the facility.
The AC200L highlights a 20-millisecond switching UPS mode, offering an uninterrupted power supply during outages. It supports remote access via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth through the Bluetti app and allows bidirectional battery expandability up to 8 kilowatt-hours.
The AC200L Price
The new AC200L is on sale at a price of around $1500. This is on sale in different bundles with the brand’s B300 extra battery and different solar panels.
The Bluetti AC200L Vs AC200 Max
Despite having the same 2048 Wh LFP battery under the hood, there are many notable differences between these two Bluetti power stations.
First things first, the new AC200L, as said above, is a 2400-watt power station with a surge power of 7200 watts and a Power Lifting mode of 3600 watts.
It gives the machine a clear edge over its predecessor, which has a 2200-watt inverter, and the new model is around $300 higher in pricing than its predecessor, which is available at $1200 as of this writing.
Further, the new device features many notable improvements in terms of solar and AC input options. With a 2400W AC wall input and a solar input of 1200 watts, the 2000L certainly outperforms its outgoing model, which has 500 watts and 900 watts, respectively.
Minimized operation noise, Wi-Fi connectivity, and brick-free charging are other major attractions of the new AC200L over its predecessor.
