Zero Breeze Mark 3: The Third Edition Of The Famous Portable Solar Air Conditioner With An Increased 5280 BTU

Zero Breeze has announced the third edition of its Mark portable solar-chargeable air conditioner. That is, of course, branded as a Mark 3, which, with an increased BTU of 5280, can raise strong competition to EcoFlow’s second-generation Wave 2 portable air conditioner, a 5100 BTU portable AC.

With a weight of 19.8 lbs, it is important that the new Mark AC still stays under its famous 20 lbs mark, but with a competitive BTU to the Wave 2, which is a bit heavier at above 30 lbs with its battery.

But we don’t have any hint on whether the Mark 3 will have a heating facility.

Maybe, in order to keep its weight within the limits, the brand will be focusing on its core market, which is cooling your outdoor spaces.

It only says “facing another sweaty summer adventure” on its website, where the announcement of the new Mark 3 was made. There is no mention of the Mark 3 getting a built-in heater.

Zero Breeze Mark 3: Features and Specs

The new Zero Breeze AC has seven cooling modes to make it suitable for all your outdoor adventures and needs.

The brand has specifically mentioned the ‘Care Mode’ as a way you can tailor the cooling for optimal comfort for special care.

An active drain and revamped power supply systems are other key features. You can charge it from a solar output of up to 500 watts at an input range of 12-75 volts, and it will work even while charging from your outdoor solar source.

The AC charging rate is also 500 watts, which will take only 2.5 hours for a full charge of its 1000 Wh battery. Once fully charged, it can give you cooling for up to five hours, and thanks to the battery pairing option via the built-in power cable, you can enjoy comfort for a whole night.
